Often times as married women, we tend to think that we are the only ones who experience certain things within our marriage. We often think that situations we find ourselves in will last a lot longer than they actually will. As a result of our emotional connections to those moments, we have a tendency to want to make life long decisions based on temporary situations. We tend to feel as if the situation itself will last forever, when in fact, it is only a moment in time. Marriage moments is a place were we can release the burden of feeling as if we have to figure life out completely in one single moment; understanding that we are not isolated from feeling overwhelmed from the pressure of getting it right. Marriage is tough and it takes some big girl maneuvering to make it work. I have been blessed to have several women in my life that know a thing or two about making marriage work. Here, I will invite them to share some wisdom on their challenges, successes and triumphs in marriage. I hope that you are blessed by their journeys as much as I have been blessed by them.
